Filip Marchwinski has been registered in Lotto Ekstraklasa. The youngster will be competing for the first team with number 36 on the back.
Marchwinski has been playing regularly in Lech’s reserves team, however, since October this year, the footballer has also been training with the first team. This autumn, the 16-year-old appeared on the third-division pitches 10 times and scored 3 goals. He also got an opportunity to play in the Central Junior League.
Marchwiński was born in 2002 in Poznan. He started his football career at UKS Skorzewo club and in 2009 he joined Lech Poznan Academy where he has been playing for the past 9 years. After signing a 3-year contract with Lech in November, the 16-year old talked about his goals for the nearest future.
“I don’t know what it’s like to wear a shirt of another club, hence Lech means a lot to me. My dream is to debut for the senior team – an objective that has had a significant impact on the decision I took and the plans I made together with my parents,” emphasised the youngster.
