Antonio Milić is leaving Lech Poznań. The club decided not to extend the Croatian's contract, which expires on June 30th, 2026. The 32-year-old spent five and a half years at Bułgarska Street, won three Polish league titles, and helped the club reach a historic UEFA Europa Conference League quarter-final.
"We would like to thank Antonio for everything he has done whilst wearing the blue-and-white shirt. He was one of the leaders in our dressing room and on the pitch, where his experience, especially in defence, was invaluable. He leaves as a highly decorated player who played a key role in all of our recent successes. Today our paths part, as they often do in football, as we have decided to move in a different direction. Toni will always be warmly welcomed back at the Enea Stadium," said Lech's Sporting Director, Tomasz Rząsa.
Milić joined the club midway through the 2020/21 season. During his five and a half years with Lech, he made 179 appearances in all competitions and scored 11 goals. He was a regular starter in the squads that won the Polish Championship in 2022, 2025, and 2026, and played a key role in Lech's historic run to the UEFA Europa Conference League quarter-finals in 2023.
Antonio, thank you for everything! Best of luck in the next chapter of your career.
On July 16th, before the Polish Super Cup clash with Górnik Zabrze, the club will host an official farewell ceremony on the pitch, giving the supporters the chance to show their appreciation for the defender.
