Rogne appointed new captain
Ahead of the upcoming spring round, the team has appointed a new captain. Thomas Rogne will take over the role of the leader following Darko Jevtic’s departure.
Until recently, it was Jevtic who was the first in line for the captain armband. Rogne, who used to be the vice-captain, will from now on be the official leader. The Norwegian has represented Lech in 43 games so far.
In addition, the team and the coaching staff decided who is going to wear the captain armband during Rogne’s absence. Mickey van der Hart, Kamil Jóźwiak and Lubomir Satka were announced substitute captains. The leadership squad is similar to that which has been determined at the beginning of the season, except for the Slovakian defender who joined Lech in summer.
