"Before I took the shot I was sure I was capable of scoring from such a distance. But for me it's a normal goal. I score a lot of similar ones during training sessions, but obviously it is much harder to do the same thing during a game," said Keita.
The match of the 13th round of the T-Mobile Ekstraklasa between Lech and Gornik took place on October 26th, and the Gambian player with a Norwegian passport scored the only goal of the game.
Tomasz Brzyski was ranked second (Legia Warsaw, the goal scored against Lech Poznan), while Filip Starzynski was voted third (Ruch Chorzow, the goal scored against Lechia Gdansk). The poll was carried out on the ekstraklasa.org website.
