Today I played on the position of the left winger, which is unusual for me, however that is where the coach put me and I fully respect his decision. It might not be my standard position, but I will play wherever my team needs me the most. Olimpia surprised me positively; they tried to play with the ball and they were pretty good at it. It was a good opponent for us because we want to face rivals who don't give up easily. Olimpia had multiple goal attempts and their actions were nice to watch. Our form is getting better and better and I believe that in the upcoming matches we will show ourselves from the best side.
Maciej Gostomski
Olimpia was a good rival for us. They have a decent and very experienced squad which makes them a solid team. Last season they were placed 4th in I league, which says a lot. Today they faced the Champion of Poland and they wanted to show their best. We have known about Olimpia's advantages for some time now and the rival proved many of our predictions. However, we did manage to win the sparing match, most of the players from our squad got a chance to play and there were no injuries, so overall we can be satisfied with the game. In the previous 3 or 4 days we've been working on full intensity and now we will return to normal training sessions. When the exhaustion vanishes, our play will look better.
