W przerwie meczu Lecha ze Śląskiem odbyło się losowanie grup turnieju Lech Cup 2009. W ceremonii udział wzięli: Przewodniczący Komisji Kultury Fizycznej Rady Miasta Poznania - Ryszard Śliwa, Prezes Zarządu KKS Lech Poznań - Andrzej Kadziński, Dyrektor Sportowy - Marek Pogorzelczyk oraz Pan Wieńczysław Bloch - właściciel Salonów Optycznych ,,Optyk BLOCH".
