Lech Poznań will begin their Champions League qualifiers at the end of July. Their first opponent in the second qualifying round will be the winner of the KF Egnatia (Albania) vs Breiðablik (Iceland) clash. The first leg will be played at Enea Stadium.
On Wednesday at noon, the draw for the second qualifying round of the Champions League took place, and just a few minutes later, we learned the name of the club Lech will face at the start of their 2025/2026 European adventure. Among the potential opponents were Croatian side HNK Rijeka, as well as the winners of the matches: FC Drita (Kosovo) vs FC Differdange 03 (Luxembourg), KF Egnatia (Albania) vs Breiðablik (Iceland), and FC Noah (Armenia) vs FK Budućnost Podgorica (Montenegro).
In the end, Lech were drawn against the Albanian-Icelandic pair. On July 15th, the two sides will face each other in the second leg of the first qualifying round - that's also when we will learn which of the two teams Lech will face in a month. We already know that the first leg of the clash is scheduled for July 22nd, and the second match for July 29th. The first game will be played at Bułgarska Street, and the return leg at the opponent's stadium.
